Ingredients:
- ½ kg Tiger Prawns
- 6 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Chilly Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Coriander Powder
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry prawns, along with garlic, for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the prawns turn tender.
- Serve hot.
