Ingredients:
- 4 Crabs
- 10 Shallots (crushed)
- 5 Green Chilies
- Small piece of Ginger
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 15 Pepper Corns
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- A pinch of Turmeric Powder
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 stems of Curry Leaves
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut the crab into two pieces without removing the shell.
- Combine green chilies, ginger, pepper corns, cumin seeds, and garlic in a grinder. Process into a fine paste.
- Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil in a pan and fry shallots, until golden brown.
- Stir in turmeric powder, along with the ground paste. Saute for a minute.
- Add in crabs, curry leaves, and remaining coconut oil. Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
- Serve hot with boiled rice.
