Ingredients:
- ½ kg Fish (cut into pieces)
- 1 ½ tbsp Coriander Powder
- ½ cm Ginger (sliced)
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 5 Green Chilies (slit)
- ½ cup Thick Coconut Milk
- ½ cup Thin Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 stems of Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.
- Stir in curry leaves, onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add green chilies and coriander powder. Mix and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Pour thin coconut milk, salt, and vinegar. Stir and bring to a boil.
- Add fish and cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
- Mix thick coconut milk with garam masala and mix well.
- Add to the gravy and remove from heat.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
