Ingredients:
- 5 big Prawns
- ½ tbsp Maida
- ½ tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- ¼ tsp Chilly Powder
- ½ tsp Pepper Powder
- ½ tbsp Tomato Sauce
- ½ cup broken Vermicelli
- A pinch of Aginomoto
- ¼ tsp Sugar
- Oil (for frying)
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix together maida, cornflour, egg, chilly powder, pepper powder, tomato sauce, sugar, and salt.
- Add little water and mix to make a fine paste.
- Stir in ajinomoto and stir well.
- Dip each prawn into the paste and then spin into vermicelli.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns in batches, until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
