Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground Beef
- 1 (14.5 oz) can Italian-style stewed Tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can light Red Kidney Beans (drained)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
- 1 (8 oz) can Tomato Sauce
- 50 ml fluid Tequila
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1½ tsp ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Stir fry the meat until evenly brown, over medium heat in the rendered fat, mixing and breaking with a spoon.
- Drain off the excess fat and add tomatoes, kidney beans, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, tequila, chili powder, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Mix well and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
