Ingredients:
- 4 Dates
- 1 tbsp grated Apple
- 3 Almonds (soaked)
- 2 Cashew Nuts (soaked)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ½ cup Milk
Cooking Instructions:
- Place dates, apple, almonds, cashew nuts, and milk in a blender and process into a fine foamy shake.
- Stir in honey and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled.
