Ingredients:
- 300 g Soya Chunks
- 2 Vanilla Pod
- Sugar (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Soak soya chunks in water for 1 day.
- Wash with clean water and drain thoroughly.
- Peel the skin of the soya chunks.
- Place a handful of soya chunks into a blender with enough water to cover them. Blend until creamy. Repeat the same with the remaining soya.
- Simmer soya milk with sugar and vanilla pods in a pan.
- Remove the foam forming over the soya milk and strain.
- Pour into serving glasses and serve.
