Ingredients:
- 2 (9 inch) unbaked Pie Crust
- 2 cups raw Cranberries
- 2 cups peeled, chopped Apples
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Flour
- ½ cup Corn Syrup
- A dash of Salt
- ½ tsp grated Orange Rind
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place the pie crust on a 9-inch pie pan.
- Cook cranberries and apples in water for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar and mix until well blended.
- Stir in flour, corn syrup, salt, and orange rind.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Pour over the pie crust.
- Cover with another pie crust.
- Cut slits on the top and fold the edges to seal.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Serve after cooling.
