Parmesan Meatloaf

Ingredients:
- 2 slices Rye Bread (crust removed)
- 2 slices White Bread (crust removed)
- 1 cup Wine
- 1½ pound ground Beef
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 4 sprigs Parsley (chopped)
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 1 (8 oz) can Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Oregano
Cooking Instructions:
- Soak the bread slices in wine, and squeeze to drain completely.
- Smash the bread slices and mix with beef, onion, parsley, cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form into a loaf shape and place in a buttered crock cooker.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 5 to 7 hours.
- Pour off any excess fat.
- Combine rest of the ingredients and pour over the meat loaf.
- Cover and cook again on high heat for another 15 minutes.
