Ingredients:
- 5 Potatoes (small pieces)
- 3 Onions (chopped)
- ½ cup grated Coconut
- 4 Green Chilies (chopped)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Few Curry Leaves
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine potatoes, onions, green chilies, coconut, turmeric powder, and salt in a pan. Stir and cook until potatoes turn tender.
- Stir in garam masala.
- Heat oil in another pan and crackle mustard seeds. Stir in curry leaves.
- Pour over the cooked potatoes.
- Serve hot with chapatti.
