Ingredients:
- 2 Bananas
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1 cup Coconut (grated)
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Few Cashew Nuts
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice the bananas into small pieces.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the banana pieces until golden yellow.
- Add egg and mix well until cooked.
- Stir in coconut with sugar. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix in cashew nuts and cardamom powder.
- Serve hot.
