Ingredients:
- 1 Cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 3 Green Chilies
- 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Few Curry Leaves
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Aniseed Powder
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil cauliflower with little water and turmeric powder in a pan for around 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.
- Add curry leaves, green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
- Mix in onions and saute.
- Add in boiled cauliflower and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in aniseed powder and salt. Cover and cook for a while.
- Serve hot with rice.
