Ingredients:
- ½ cup Black Gram
- ½ Bengal Gram
- ½ cup Red Gram
- Salt (to taste)
- Few Curry Leaves (chopped)
- 1 big Onion (chopped)
- 2 Green Chilies (chopped)
- 1 inch piece of Ginger (chopped)
- ½ tsp Chilly Powder
- A pinch of Turmeric Powder
- 8 tbsp Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Soak all the dals in water for 2 hours. Grind into a thick paste.
- Stir in onion, curry leaves, green chilies, ginger, chilly powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and flatten them.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
