Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted Peanuts
- 1 Tomato (seeded & chopped)
- ½ tsp Green Chilly (chopped)
- 1 small Onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- Little Kashmiri Chilly Powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tbsp Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Place peanuts in a pan and dry roast them on low flame, stirring occasionally until brown.
- Combine roasted peanuts with onion, tomato, green chilly, and chaat masala in a large bowl. Toss well.
- Stir in coriander leaves, Kashmiri chilly powder, and salt.
- Drizzle lemon juice with oil. Toss to blend well.
- Transfer into bowls and serve.
