Ingredients:
- 4 Potatoes
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- ½ cup Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice potatoes into thin long pieces.
- Soak them in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and dry them.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the potato pieces until crispy and golden brown.
- Sprinkle chilly powder and toss well to blend.
- Serve.
