Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw Rice
- 1 cup Jaggery
- Little Dry Coconut (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 2 ripe Bananas
- 1 tsp Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Soak rice in water for 2-4 hours. Drain it.
- Grind soaked rice, baking soda, and bananas together, adding some water.
- Add jaggery and grind again.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry coconut until golden brown.
- Mix coconut and cardamom with ground rice.
- Oil an appam pan and fill each portion with the rice mixture. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
