Ingredients:
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cups Maida
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 °C.
- Pour milk in a pan and simmer nicely.
- Sift maida, baking powder, and salt together.
- Beat eggs until thickened in a large bowl.
- Mix in sugar slowly, stirring continuously for 5 minutes.
- Add maida mixture and mix until fine and smooth.
- Pour warm milk and vanilla. Whip until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes, until the crust turns golden.
- Slice and serve warm.
