Corn Chowder

Ingredients:
- 3 Bacon Slices (diced)
- 2 (9 oz) packages frozen Corn (thawed)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 large Potato (chopped)
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 2 cups Milk
Cooking Instructions:
- Stir fry bacon slices in a skillet in the rendered fat, until crisp, over medium-high heat.
- Add bacon to a crock cooker, along with its fat, corn, onion, potato, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 hours.
- Combine butter and flour together.
- Mix with milk.
- Add to the crock pot and cook further until thickened.
- Serve hot.
