Ingredients:
- 12 Bread Slices
- 125 g Fish Fillets
- ½ tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt (to taste)
For the Chutney:
- 1 small Onion
- 1 Green Chilly
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Small piece of Ginger
- 2 tsp Grams (roasted)
- ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- ¼ cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- ¼ cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
- ½ tsp Sugar
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine fish fillets, lemon juice, pepper powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Steam the fish for 10 minutes and cut into small pieces.
- Grind all the ingredients of the chutney finely.
- Smear one side of a bread slice with chutney and place some fish mixture.
- Cover with the bread slice and press slightly to secure.
- Repeat with the remaining bread slices and fish mixture.
- Serve immediately.
