Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs (boiled)
- 4 Puff Pastry Sheets
- 1 small Onion
- ¼ tsp Ginger Paste
- ¼ tsp Garlic Paste
- ½ tsp Egg Masala
- ¼ tsp Pepper Powder
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Keep the puff pastry sheets refrigerated and remove ½ hour before cooking.
- Preheat oven at 400 °F.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry onion and salt.
- Stir in ginger paste and garlic paste.
- Add egg masala and pepper powder. Mix well.
- Slice the eggs into two halves.
- Smear the puff pastry with the onion mixture and top with half an egg.
- Apply the mixture on all the inner sides of the pastry and fold up covering the egg. Close and secure properly.
- Repeat with the rest of the pastry sheets, egg halves, and onion mixture.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
