Ingredients:
- 4 pounds ground Venison
- 4 pounds ground Pork
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- ¾ tsp Mace
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Cloves
- ½ tsp Allspice
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine venison and pork together in a large bowl.
- Pour ½ cup hot water. Stir gently.
- Combine the spices and add to the bowl.
- Mix well to uniformly combine.
- Form patties from the mixture and transfr into a plastic meat bag.
- Use it immediately or refrigerate for 2-3 days, until required.
