Bhindi Masala

Ingredients:
- 500 gms Bhindi
- 2 Onions
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Mango powder
- 1 tsp Red chili
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 3 tbsps Oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut Bhindi into halves.
- Stuff turmeric powder, mango powder, red chili, garam masala and salt into sliced Bhindi and keep it aside.
- Cut the onions and fry it till it turns brown.
- Add sliced Bhindi and fry it till it turns crisp.
- Serve it with hot chapati and curd.
