Ingredients:
- 4 large Eggs
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 2 bunch Spinach
- 4 tbsp grated Cheese
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut the roots of spinach and rinse with plenty of water. Drain completely.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the spinach until tender, for about 10-12 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the spinach in 4 glass bowls.
- Break an egg on each bowl.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the eggs and bake at 350 degrees F, until the egg sets.
- Serve hot.
