Ingredients:
- 1½ cups Milk
- 1 cup flaked Coconut
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Biscuit Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup toasted Coconut
Cooking Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients, except toasted coconut, in a blender for 15 seconds.
- Pour into a 10-inch glass pie plate.
- Bake in the microwave for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Sprinkle toasted coconut and serve.
