Ingredients:
- 200 ml Sour Cream
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Maida
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup grated dry Coconut
- ½ cup Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 °C.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
