Ingredients:
- 3 cups Maida
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1½ cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1½ cups Oil
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 4 Cardamoms (powdered)
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
- ½ tsp Lemon Juice
- A pinch of Salt
- Few Cashews
- Few Raisins
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease a baking pan and dust with some flour.
- Break eggs in a bowl and beat well.
- Add sugar, oil, and ghee. Beat for 2-3 minutes using an electric mixer.
- Sift maida, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add maida mixture into the egg mixture, a little at a time, stirring continuously.
- Stir in vanilla essence, lemon juice, and cardamom.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Top with cashews and raisins.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
