Ingredients:
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 5 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ¾ cup Oatmeal
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Banana (mashed)
- 1/3 cup Walnuts (chopped)
Cooking Instructions:
- Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda together in a large bowl.
- Add rest of the ingredients and beat until well combined.
- Transfer the batter into medium-sized buttered muffin bowls, about 2/3 filled.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
