Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Ground Beef (thawed)
- 300 ml Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- ½ cup Onions (finely chopped)
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- Salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
For Topping:
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Liquid Smoke
- ¼ cup Onion Flakes
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine ground beef, evaporated milk, oatmeal, egg, ginger paste, onions, pepper, salt, and chili powder in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them into a buttered 9x13 inch baking pan. Keep aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix all the contents of topping and spread over the meatballs.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 375 degrees F.
- Serve hot.
