Ingredients:
- 2 Lamb Shanks
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- 3 Lemon Juice
- ¼ tsp dry Oregano
- ¼ cup Wine
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large pan. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer into a baking pan and cover with foil.
- Bake for 1½ hours, turning occasionally.
- Serve hot.
