Ingredients:
- 2 large Shoulder Chops
- ½ cup Honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp Tabasco Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ½ cup dry White Wine
- 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a small frying pan and fry meat chops, until brown on all sides.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the chops.
- Cover and cook on low heat, until the meat turns tender, stirring occasionally.
