Ingredients:
- 2 boxes Corn Muffin Mix
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 4 tbsp Sour Cream
- 2 stick Butter (melted)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine corn muffin mix with eggs, milk, and sour cream in a large mixing bowl.
- Add butter and blend well.
- Pour the batter into greased muffin tins, about ¾ full.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden.
- Serve warm.
