Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mango Puree
- 2 cups Cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Gelatin
- ½ cup Water
- 3 tsp Lemon Juice
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix mango puree with sugar. Beat until sugar dissolves.
- Combine gelatin with water in a pan and heat until it dissolves.
- Add the liquid to mango puree and blend well. Refrigerate. The moment it starts setting, pour into a large bowl.
- Add lime juice and cream. Whisk well. Refrigerate until set.
- Serve chilled.
