Ingredients:
- 1 big Chicken (cut into large pieces)
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp fresh ground Black Pepper
For the Sauce:
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add chicken pieces and coat well. Leave aside to marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Place the chicken pieces on a hot grill and simmer until chicken turns golden brown and tender, turning frequently.
- Combine the sauce ingredients and mix with ½ cup water.
- Place on the stove and bring to a boil. Add chicken and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from the heat.
- Serve hot with cooked rice.
