Ingredients:
- 1 cup drained Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup finely chopped Walnuts
- 4 Eggs (slightly beaten)
- 2 tbsp Onion Paste
- 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 tbsp Butter
- A pinch of Salt
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/3 cup Milk
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix cheese, walnuts, eggs, onion, liquid smoke, and bread crumbs together in a large bowl.
- Divide into small balls and shape into patties.
- Heat butter in a non-sticky skillet and fry the patties on both sides, until golden brown. Transfer into a casserole.
- Combine soup and milk. Pour over the patties.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
