Ingredients:
- ½ kg Chicken Pieces
- 6 Onions (chopped)
- 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 4 Tomatoes (pureed)
- Sugar (to taste)
To Grind:
- 6 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 6 Dry Red Chilies
- Little Vinegar
Cooking Instructions:
- Marinate chicken with salt and lemon juice. Keep aside for 1 hour.
- Grind garlic, cumin seeds, and red chillies with little vinegar into a fine paste.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and shallow fry chopped onions.
- Mix in the ground masala.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until tender.
- Stir in vinegar, tomato puree, sugar, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with boiled rice.
