Ingredients:
- 24 Bombay Ducks
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 3 cups Gram Flour
- 4 tbsp Chilly Powder
- 2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 3 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
- ½ cup Coriander (chopped)
- 4 Green Chilies (chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 cup Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix ducks with salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, tamarind chutney, coriander, and green chilies. Keep aside.
- Grind coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and peppercorns into a fine paste.
- Sift wheat flour and gram flour together in a large plate.
- Smear the ducks with this paste and roll each duck into flour.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the ducks in small batches until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
