Ingredients:
- 1 large Onion (chopped)
- 1 stem of Celery (finely chopped)
- 2 cans Young Peas
- 5 boiled Eggs
- 240 g Red Food Coloring
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a large serving bowl. Toss to blend well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve cold.
