Ingredients:
- 5 quarts popped Corn
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- ½ cup light Corn Syrup
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring quickly.
- Remove from heat and stir in baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Spread popcorn on baking sheets and pour the mixture over the popped corn. Mix well.
- Bake at 250 degrees F for 40 minutes, stirring twice in between.
- Serve immediately.
