Ingredients:
- 1 large Coconut (grated)
- 15 Garlic Cloves
- 6 Green Chilies (deseeded)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 1½ tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mint (chopped)
- 2 cups Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients, except sugar and lime juice, together in a grinder. Grind them into a fine paste.
- Stir in sugar and lime juice.
- Serve thereafter.
