Ingredients:
- 1 cup Corn (boiled)
- 250 gm Cream Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in an oven at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 8-10 minutes.
- Cut into slices and serve.
