Roast Lamb Leg

Ingredients:
- 1 big Leg of Lamb
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Whole Rosemary
- ¼ cup Butter (melted)
- Little Mint Sauce
- Few Mint leaves
Cooking Instructions:
- Lay the lamb leg fat area up in a baking pan.
- Mix all flavorings with butter and apply on the leg evenly.
- Set the oven at 325°F and bake it for 2 ½ hrs.
