Ingredients:
- 910 gm Carrots
- 2 tsp Orange Juice
- 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 4 tsp Water
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
Cooking Instructions:
- Extract 2 cups juice from carrots.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a bowl.
- Take carrot juice, along with orange juice and ginger in a pan and get it to boil on low flame. Then take it off heat and mix in cornstarch. Heat it again stirring continuously until it bubbles.
- Put in cayenne pepper with cilantro and simmer for a minute.
- Serve it hot.
