Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup long-grain Rice
- 1 cup Celery (finely diced)
- 1 medium Onion (chopped)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 ¾ cups canned Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Dill (minced)
- 2 tsp Sugar
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 4 Lemon slices
- 1 sprig of Dill
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the rice stirring continuously on medium flame, until golden brown.
- Put in celery, onion, garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour into chicken broth with lemon juice, butter, minced dill, sugar, pepper, and salt, and get to a boil.
- Add lemon slices and cook it covered on low flame, until rice is tender & dry.
- Serve hot with the top up of sprig of dill.
