Ingredients:
- 250 gm Ridge Gourd (chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- ½ “ Ginger (chopped)
- 1 tsp Urad Dal
- 3 Red Chillies
- 1 small lump of Tamarind
- 2 tsp Coconut
- ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
- Few Curry leaves
Cooking Instructions:
- Roast urad dal with red chillies in a pan and keep it to the side.
- Put oil in a pan and shallow fry ridge gourd with onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, tamarind.
- Mix in coconut with urad dal. Take it off heat and grind it all together.
- Flavor it with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
