Ingredients:
- ½ kg Lamb (ground)
- 100 gm Lamb Fat
- 1 medium Onion (chopped)
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Hot Pepper (ground)
- ¼ cup Parsley (chopped)
- ¼ cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Mint Leaves
Cooking Instructions:
- Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well. Keep it to the side for 1 hr.
- Form the mixture into sausage shapes and pierce them in the skewer. Cook it over hot coals for around 5 min on each side.
- Serve it hot with bread with tomato roasted pepper salad.
