Carrot Murabba

Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg Carrot
- 250 gms Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Saffron
Cooking Instructions:
- Wash carrots properly.
- Peel them and cut it in length wise.
- Make holes into the carrots with the help of needle.
- Boil till it turns smooth.
- Prepare sugar syrup of one thread consistency.
- Now cook the carrots in sugar syrup till it turns thick
- Sprinkle saffron.
- Leave it for cooling.
- Place it in air tight jar.
- Carrot Murrabba is ready.
