Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Cumin (ground)
- ¼ tsp Cayenne
- 2 ½ cup Water
- ½ cup Milk
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven at 375°F. Smear a baking pan with lots of oil.
- Take all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add water, milk and egg, and blend to form smooth & thin batter.
- Transfer the batter to baking pan and bake for 45 min or until color changes & well set.
- Serve with bread.
