Ingredients:
- 4 Artichokes (trimmed)
- Salt to taste
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Wedge of Lemon
- 1 Bay leaf (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
- Take water with salt, garlic cloves, wedge of lemon, bay leaf in a pan and get it to boil.
- Lay the artichokes in a steamer holder and place it over simmering water. Steam it covered until it is cooked.
- Serve it hot with preferred dip.
