Ingredients:
- 1½ cup Rice Flour
- 4 Eggs (separated)
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- ½ lt Milk
- 1 tbsp unsalted Butter (melted)
- A pinch of Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine together rice flour, ½ tbsp butter and 1 cup milk into a smooth paste.
- Mix the paste with the remaining milk in a saucepan.
- Place it over medium low heat and simmer until thickens, stirring constantly.
- Beat egg yolks with sugar, until well-blended. Beat egg whites seperately and add to yolks mix.
- Pour egg-sugar mixture into the saucepan and blend thoroughly.
- Coat a baking pan with the remaining butter and pour the prepared mixture into the baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, or until puffed and gloden in colour.
- Rice Souffle is ready to serve.
