Ingredients:
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 2 tbsp unsalted Butter (melted)
- 1 cup cold Boiled Rice
- Pinch of Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add beaten egg, milk, and butter to it. Mix well.
- Stir in cold rice until well combine.
- Transfer the mixture into well greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
